Some of the things that we are proud of is, creating our very own app which tracks cleanings, is a centralised system for our Health and Safety, recording and reporting functions for our clients/Internal Management and more. We refine and configure the app to suit our client’s needs – as each sector may require a certain report specific to that site or location.
We remove paper waste by going digital in over 90% of our business. This means that health and safety documents are completed digitally, where records are stored and emailed to the relevant Managers. Processes are streamlined. Timesheets are also digital where staff are having to clock-in and clock-out with Geo-location fencing at their respective sites. This provides a transparent and ease during payroll!
This is an app especially designed to track and report on daily cleaning, ad-hoc cleaning and deep cleaning. This Live report is automatically updated on the web page, where client will have access to view and export data for their sites. Any issues or faults are recorded during the cleans, such as leaks or any damages or faults. The report is fairly popular among our clients. This is especially crucial when clients oversee multiple sites which are spread out. Client is able to fire up their device and view the report (with images) for all the different sites and any issues are highlighted at the top of the page.
