Eliminating any unnecessary wastage of water, papers and having EV vehicles are some of the ways that we are doing our part for this planet.
Some of the things that we are proud of is, creating our very own app which tracks cleanings, is a centralised system for our Health and Safety, recording and reporting functions for our clients/Internal Management and more. We refine and configure the app to suit our client’s needs – as each sector may require a certain report specific to that site or location.
We remove paper waste by going digital in over 90% of our business. This means that health and safety documents are completed digitally, where records are stored and emailed to the relevant Managers. Processes are streamlined. Timesheets are also digital where staff are having to clock-in and clock-out with Geo-location fencing at their respective sites. This provides a transparent and ease during payroll!
AFC Tracker
This is an app especially designed to track and report on daily cleaning, ad-hoc cleaning and deep cleaning. This Live report is automatically updated on the web page, where client will have access to view and export data for their sites. Any issues or faults are recorded during the cleans, such as leaks or any damages or faults. The report is fairly popular among our clients. This is especially crucial when clients oversee multiple sites which are spread out. Client is able to fire up their device and view the report (with images) for all the different sites and any issues are highlighted at the top of the page.
The app is able to be configured to suit the reporting needs of each client. An example would be:
- All the graffiti reported at this particular location.
- All broken or damaged dispensers for all the toilets at a school.
- A graph showing all the vandalism for this site over the space of 3 months.
- All the deep cleaning completed for Public Transport site over the past month; and more.

Sustainability
We have implemented and opted for sustainable options that will reduce our carbon footprint and reduce the impact on our environment using a few method:
- Having hybrid vehicles, less fuel consumption.
- Avoiding unnecessary print jobs and opting for electronic documents and apps to track our works to reduce paper wastage.
- Using eco-friendly chemicals to avoid contaminating the environment.
- Switching lights, aircons and heaters off right after cleaning to reduce energy consumption.
- Using battery powered equipment where we can minimise energy consumption.
- Doing what we can to minimise our carbon footprint and making a conscious decision to care for the environment.
Eco-Friendly Solution
Cleaning requires the use of chemical, but using the right chemical for the environment is what we are about. Harsh chemicals can create a harmful environment. We opted for an eco-friendly chemical that does the job to kill germs but not harmful to people or animals.

Health and Safety is a large part of our business, we take extra care and measure in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our staff and clients alike.
